4 colheres de sopa de tapioca granulada;
1 ovo;
Sal a gosto;
Queijo ralado a gosto (opcional);
Recheio de sua preferência (queijo, presunto, frango desfiado, etc.).
Passo a passo

1Hidrate a tapioca: Em um recipiente, coloque a tapioca e cubra com água quente. Deixe hidratar por alguns minutos até formar uma massa homogênea;
2Prepare a massa: Adicione o ovo, o queijo ralado e o sal à tapioca hidratada e misture bem até obter uma massa homogênea;
3Cozinhe na frigideira: Aqueça uma frigideira antiaderente em fogo baixo e coloque uma porção da massa. Espalhe bem com uma espátula para formar um círculo fino;
